SPRING SHIPPING BLITZ APRIL 2 TO APRIL 19

We are enjoying a much needed break over this holiday long weekend.. To recharge, germinate some plant babies, eat a chocolate bunny, and tell our mums we love 'em. 

...HOWEVER...

Starting Tuesday April 2 we're going into overdrive!

We are offering same day order processing and shipping on orders placed BY NOON 12PM-EST MON-FRI.

Orders placed after 12pm ship next day.

If your order is placed on a Friday any time of day we'll do our best to get it on the truck and on the way to you .

Orders placed on the weekends will ship on the Monday

!!!For Faster arrival DO NOT SELECT lettermail $3.85!!! We can't track these or make them arrive any faster or slower! Hence the name snail mail! Pick any other shipping option.

 

We don't have a retail store to purchase seeds, however picking up your pre-placed order is easy and FREE. Select pick up as the shipping method at check out and when your order is ready we'll send you an email to schedule an appointment.

We are open by appointment only for pick up:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 

Saturday 10am to 1pm

SUNDAY CLOSED, HOLIDAYS CLOSED

Also, we assure you ordering online is faster than trying to call in your order. Calling in your order by phone means your seeds fall outside of our regular order stream and thus makes the order ineligible for same day shipping. This is because we have to manually type up the order and process the payment. Ordering via phone expect to add 1-2 business days to the processing time, and we may not be available to take your order when you call, we might have to call you back.

We have moved to real time shipping rates! At long last we now are able to offer multiple shipping services with two service providers. Prices for parcel shipments are displayed on the spot directly from the carrier giving folks access to our commercial rates. 

As always letter mail** envelope shipping is still available for orders under 0.1kg for a flat rate of $3.85. And keeping with tradition, shipping is free on orders $200 and up before taxes.

Pick up from the farm is always welcome by appointment , select the pick up option at checkout and we'll send you confirmation when your order is ready with options for dates/ times.

**Letter Mail envelopes DO NOT receive tracking numbers. These shipments can take up to 2 - 4 weeks to arrive depending on final destination.

  Order processing times (leaves the farm) are approximately 1-3 business days. 

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, it can't be modified.
