71 days. Developed by a veteran seed saver when he moved to the cool, short season climate of northern Idaho. Super sweet, crisp red flesh with a dark green rind. These watermelons mature earlier than any we have grown so far and they hold well in the field for an extended harvest. Fruits average 4 - 5 kg.

76 days. The standard of icebox watermelons. These little watermelons ripen even in our zone 5 garden. Crisp red-orange flesh is sweet and juicy with dark brown seeds. Round 3.5-5.5 kg fruits have a thin, tough rind that resists cracking and turns dark green, almost black when ripe. Kids love them.
