Tat Soi
Brassica rapa (Narinosa group). 21 days baby, 45 full size. Fast-growing salad green can be harvested at the baby leaf stage or as a low growing rosette at maturity. Nutritious deep green leaves are spoon shaped and somewhat glossy. Good in stir fries or braised.

Mustard- Bau Sin
21 days baby, 45 full size. Mild, sweet mustard has bright golden-green glossy leaves with a hint of red in the veins. Forms a beautiful folded heart just before bolting.
